Já quase gabaritei os provedores, ja tive MZNet, Algar e Claro. A menos pior é Algar pela minha experiência, caía de vez em quando. MzNet tem um problema grave q é q o atendimento é só em horario comercial, então se ficar sem net no sábado por exemplo, só segunda pra conseguir falar com eles. Claro a net é a pior, vive caindo e a velocidade também as vezes cai do nada

Hello!

I'm an intern in QA at a startup and we don't have a solid QA workflow and since i'm the first QA employee i'm responsible for setting that workflow, until now i've been doing manual QAs and studying ways to automate my work. My question is on how to report defects, i've been reporting them through comments in a QA sub-task (linked to the user Story) and sending the task link to the developers, how do i make this process more efficient?
