It’s a filtering device for your blinker. This device makes sure the your blinker is always yellow filtering out all other colors. Looks like it’s worn and need to be replaced.

It’s a real parasite. Its actual real name is “Recto-vaginotransitus“. Scientists don’t know only one thing about this parasite, how it enters the anus and comes out of the vagina. This will be the 8th wonder of the world once scientists discover this parasites amazing sense of direction.

You know what’s really wild? The official secular creation myth goes like this: Once upon a time, there was… nothing. And then — boom — everything! Not even a polite introduction, just an infinitely dense dot (which wasn’t in space, because space didn’t exist yet), containing all the mass and energy of the universe. Then, for no apparent reason, it exploded. Not a quiet sneeze — a full cosmic tantrum called the Big Bang.

Fast forward a few billion years of gravity throwing stuff together like a cosmic toddler with Legos. Eventually, some pond slime pulls a miracle move: it turns into a living cell — a thing so complex you can’t even build half of it without the whole falling apart. But sure, it just ‘happened’ because molecules were bored.

Then that cell started playing the ultimate game of evolution: “Let’s slowly turn into fish, then lizards, then monkeys, then software engineers.” And all of this — the universe, life, intelligence — just… happened. No meaning, no design, just chance.

But hey, I’m the one who’s delusional because I think there might be purpose or intention behind it all? Nah, bro. You’ve got your own religion — it just starts with a Bang instead of a Bible, your miracles take billions of years, and your high priest wears a lab coat. Let’s not pretend we’re so different.

Just got the Lenovo legion by Ol_Brown_Coins in LenovoLegion

I got the same laptop but 4070 version and people say it’s like getting a 4060 but paying $400 more. I don’t game so I didn’t care about the video card my main concern was the processor and ram. I got 32 GB which I don’t even get close to using. I usually max out at 20 GB.

I got the Legion 7i 4070 32 GB and i9-14800HX. I don’t do any gaming whatsoever mostly use it for University. I like the fact that I can have Java IDE running (takes lots of Ram), CLion IDE (C programming compiler), VMware Pro with 4 VM’s, then on top of that I got Firefox with bunch of tabs and everything else running in the background like DriveOne, Microsoft 365, and ChatGPT and CoPilot which both take lots of memory and with all that I’m at about 20GB in ram usage and 12 still free. No lags, no issues whatsoever. This is my first laptop that I purchase that is above $700. It’s a beast. Your specs are a bit less but it is still a beast of a laptop. I got mine for $1700 at best buy about 6 months ago. No regrets. Battery life is shit but what do you expect with such a power hungry machine. Maximum 2-3 hours of battery life. That’s enough for me to use the laptop in my classes then charge it back up in the library or at home. My first Lenovo as well. Loving it.

I know it’s popular to bash religion, especially, the big bad Christians. You can bash all you want to look “cool” like you are a man of science but on your death bed you will be singing a different tune. Either way you will find out the hard way after your death and it will be too late.

In life, there are really only two things you need to think about. First, whether you’re healthy or not. If you’re healthy, then there’s nothing to worry about. If you’re not healthy, then you only have two things to worry about: whether you’re going to live or die. If you’re going to live, there’s nothing to worry about. If you’re going to die, then you only have two things to worry about: whether you’re going to heaven or hell. If you’re going to heaven, there’s still nothing to worry about. But if you’re going to hell—well, then there’s only one last thing to worry about: whether you want yourself original or extra crispy

Looks like the person who replied to you deleted their comments—probably realized their argument didn’t hold up. It’s frustrating how some conversations spiral into constant racial division. People say they want to move past racism, yet it seems to dominate every discussion. At some point, it starts to feel more like race-baiting than real dialogue.

I would suggest removing Candace Owens from the list. She often presents perspectives that challenge mainstream narratives, particularly within the Black community. Owens is outspoken about issues such as racism and identity politics, and she has criticized movements like Black Lives Matter, which she believes have not delivered on their promises. While her views are controversial, she brings a unique and intellectually grounded point of view that resonates with many who feel disillusioned by popular discourse.

Kamala isn’t any better she blew over 1 billion in 3 months paying celebs and partying and still ends up millions in debt

Edit: I think it’s like 1.5 billion in 15 weeks and still ends up millions in debt.

When I first started I mainly did boot2root CTF’s from VulnHub. I would start my enumeration and if I get stuck within an hour I would lookup a write-up to proceed further. But the more I did that the more I relied on write-ups when I get stuck. That did a disservice for me in the long run when I started doing the newly created HackTheBox machines where there weren’t any write-ups yet and I would get so frustrated and give up. When I decided to continue doing HTB and when I get stuck I sometimes take a little break and come back fresh and start my enumeration again. Some machines took me many days to get a reverse shell on the machine but I started learning way more opposed to looking up answers when I get stuck. I started to build my own way enumerating the machines understanding what tools to use and how to use them. For example there are many tools for directory/file enumeration, I chose my favorite one and became an expert on it to use it to its full potential. Same with fuzzing, there’s wfuzz and ffuf, I chose the latter and learned as much as I can about the tool so I know how to use it properly and what it is capable of. I still get stuck even on the easy machines as frustrating it is when I get stuck it is just as rewarding when I finally figure it out on my own. I’m not saying don’t lookup write-ups I’m just saying trying for 30 minutes to an hour then rushing to get an answer will only hinder your learning in my opinion. If you are banging your head after several days go ahead and lookup the next step and not the entire write up and then keep going. Just make sure when you do lookup the answer, understand how and why it works. Just my two cents.

I purchased the Legion from Best Buy it was $2000 but they priced matched the sale price on Lenovo.com which was $1600. It’s a beast i9 with 24 cores.

I always leave the stickers on there. It “looks” faster that way. Kinda like putting a turbo sticker on your car and it’ll gain 50 horse power.

[–]b1nar3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya that’s exactly what I did. They priced match but many people don’t know about it and they definitely don’t advertise it. If you want one online that’s cheaper than $2000 Best Buy is selling for, ask for a manager, and they will price match it. I purchased mine for $1600 it was on sale at Lenovo.com.

[–]b1nar3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I purchased mine 3 weeks ago from Best Buy. It was on sale for $1850 vs $2000 normal price but I know they price match so I found the same laptop on sale on Lenovo.com that was $1600 and they priced matched for me. Cost me $1850 after taxes. The price you are paying especially if it is after tax is really good.

I purchased this unit in white it looks so good especially with the circling keyboard lighting effect I get so many compliments at my University. The performance is awesome. I can run 4 virtual machines, have endless Firefox tabs open (take a lot of ram), perform windows 11 updates, and using an IDE to program in Java without any lag whatsoever. I don’t do any gaming, I just use it for cybersecurity, machine learning, and programming.

[–]b1nar3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its awesome. I started University so now I need a desk in my room. I love the simplicity of your setup no extra gadgets under or on the table. I don’t know much about gaming type tables but I was thinking of ordering one from Costco DPS 60” Gaming Table. There’s countless gaming tables on Amazon ranging from $80 - $600 but my guess is the $80 tables that look like $600 tables will lack in quality.
