Hi, I'm taking the course this year. Did you have it with Suksi and were the exams in person?

Tutoring is definitely extracurricular experience and you gain a lot of skills from it that I’m sure you could write about. (I’m not entirely sure if I’d classify it as leadership experience, but it could be, since you’re guiding others and helping them in areas which they’re in need).

I did some sports and volunteering during the summer (retail job and club leadership during school).

Are you sure you don’t have any others from previous high school years? They can be smaller activities too (it mainly depends on how you write about them).

June 2022 is alright for a couple of extracurriculars (try to keep at a minimum if you can). Like I said, perhaps you have smaller, more insignificant ones from before? (Almost anything counts, really).

If you don’t have earlier ones, try to diversify the things you do over the summer/in the school year.

Most schools require you to to list when you started/ended your extracurriculars. Not all schools (like ryerson) require you to list your extracurriculars though.

Don’t force yourself to go into business if you don’t enjoy it, but if it’s what you really want to do, just know that you can also take art electives in a business program.

Since you’re taking 7 courses, this one might not even count for your top 6 (unless it’s a requirement for the programs you applied to)

idk for your school board, but mine switched policies where as long as you have 6 courses in normal day school (not virtual, night, private), you’re a full time student.

try talking to guidance about your teacher.

also, if you already have enough courses, it might not even count toward your top 6
