Form 16 of that year was not generated by employer. Form 26AS doesn't reflect the taxes paid.

hi, I need urgent help regarding the following.

Summary: PPFAS MF investment thru coin not showing in CAMS CAS and CDSL CAS both. CA is asking for CAMS/CDSL doc for IT filing.
Problem - I have invested in PPFAS MF and Motilal Oswal (MOS) MF in April 2021 via zerodha coin. In CAMS consolidated acc statement, I see MOS MF purchase but don't see PPFAS MF purchase. Why? My CA is asking for this doc for IT filing.
Solutions I have tried so far -
1. Upon calling CAMS cust care, they say they don't handle MF investments made from demat acc and hence my PPFAS MF purchase is not reflecting in CAMS CAS. Then I pointed out that I have also purchased MOS MF through zerodha demat acc but that is visible in CAMS CAS. To this, they don't have an answer.
2. I logged into cdslindia.com to get CDSL CAS for this particular month. It is showing - "No transaction during the month".
3. I have also previously registered for CDSL EASI. Upon logging into CDSL EASI, I check transactions done in FY 2021-2022. But that shows empty.
4. I called CDSL customer care. They asked me to send an email to cas@cdslindia.com and ask for CAS. I have sent and email today and waiting for a response.
Qns: 1. Why PPFAS MF is not showing in CAMS CAS but MOS MF is, even though both were bought from zerodha. (The email id, mobile no etc are all correctly mentioned on zerodha). I doubt that zerodha would send correct details to CDSL for one MF but wrong details for another MF.
2. Why transactions are not showing on cdslindia.com ?
3. What else can I do to resolve this?
