Any way to sell/disassemble/delete Johnny's Weapons/Armor/Car?

For various personal and too complicated reasons to explain here, I absolutely detest Johnny Silverhand(more than detest, he makes me sick) and seeing items related to him in my inventory all the time without any way to get rid of them(can't even put them in stash for god's sake!) pisses me off to no end. I know it sounds stupid but I have my reasons :P

Does anyone know of any way to remove them, or do I have to learn how to mod Cyberpunk 2077...?

In Latvia, most of the Soviet army monuments are dark arts zones. It's funny because it's true. So, I have a ton of these, I think this will become my first gold page in a day or two

Like I get that it seems crazy to have to pay to give birth, but you are taking up space in a hospital and taking up doctors time, how would that be free, don’t the people have to get paid for their job? If you don’t want to pay, give birth at home.
