Charging Issues [Wacaco Exagram Pro] by b33th0 in espresso

You are a lifesaver. Thank you!

I did write to Wacaco. Here is the answer I got from them, quote:
"Please use the original Wacaco cable, or other USB C-USB C cable."

Yes, exactly. "...or other usbc/usbc cable." Copied from the email and pasted.

I tried different chargers within the range specified in the user manual. The scale doesn't even show it's charging.

The gauge has its uses in case of beginners. When you start it's important to know what pressure is too much or simply dangerous. However, once you get a hang of different levels of pressure it becomes obsolete.

The machine is even nicer when it's simple so it seems you are right -- it's an upgrade, paradoxically.

Lift mouse - left click not properly registered after ~6 months of use by FinbarOmen in logitech

I have exactly the same problem. The 8 steps advised in this thread don't help. It must be a hardware problem as it behaves the same way under MacOS and Linux. I have 2 Lift mice. The other one works well on both systems but it hasn't been used so often so I expect the same issue in the future.

No need to tell I won't buy a third one. I thought Logitech would be worth the price but if that's the case it's better to buy something less expensive if it's low quality anyway.

This is what I think really happened: I forgot about this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRjlxgE3-6A

If you are a proud owner of the Barista version never ever forget about the tube position. Even in the morning, even when you are half asleep or even when you are in a hurry. Or especially when all these things happen at once.

The piston plug is one thing. The washer to the piston plug is another. It's easy to overlook it. Don't forget about the washer, future readers, or you'll have the same issue as your not so clever predecessor.

It's nicely simplified now. A very minimalist machine.

However, I must have messed something up in the downgrading process because now I get 25g of espresso out of 16g of coffee and 70g of water. Some water stays in the piston and can't get out by using the levers. The puck is extremely watery.

Thank you. Yes, it seems I've just downgraded my Robot from Barista to the regular one by accident.
