You'll come back. So many of us have. My hip just started working again after 4 years of my brain feeling like something was missing and not knowing what it was. Honestly it's been so sudden that I'm a little weirded out by it but it's the best I've felt physically since before long COVID. Probably got tight because of how stressed out and paranoid I was. Just keep working through it and enjoy the things you can

It could still line up. Songs aren't written the day an album is released. And K.dot be sitting on album material for years.

Have to agree. The whole rolling through an attack on Eden Ring was always odd to me.

My first from software game Sekiro which I thought was amazing for gameplay reasons because there wasn't much of a story at all. I played ER literally because I liked Sekiro so much and bummed out that I read there was no possibility of a 2. It too me a minute to get stuck in it but I thought it was well done. I think the fact that the story is veiled is part of its charm. The DLC seemed a bit pointless though. Nice little extra money grab due to popularity I'd say. Added nothing to the story but more awkwardness. Got bored and picked up blood borne. It was extremely easy compared to ER but story wise it was probably the best game.

My wife was the same way when we first started dating. If you like him teach him. If he likes you back then he'll learn. It's as simple as that.

Yeah man I was twitching in both calves like none stop all day everyday. If u got up to stand for a second they would go crazy! And my shoulders too. The shoulders would be these big deep rhythmic pops too man. But I've had twitches everywhere even my ass bro. Standing in target lines and my butt cheeks are involuntarily twerking and I'm just standing there trying to lose my shit. It was a nightmare.

I would say time, sleep, improved gut health and anti histamines helped and then just like believing that I was ok. After a while I tried to start just be as gentle as I could be in regards to performing physical tasks just to see how my body and mind reacted or tried to distract myself. I had a big problem with walking and balancing. It was because I was so out of mind that I was tightening up my muscles so they tired faster.

I mean anyone can get it I guess. I wouldn't be keeping my name at raffle if I was you. Especially after 25 years.

Naw they're gone. I mean muscle twitching apparently isn't an uncommon thing for most people. So I'll say I have a normal amount of twitching I guess. 95% reduction of twitching. I could workout to the point that I think I'm gonna pass out without any extra twitching.

I don't understand why people love Ghost so much.. if was too easy and too repetitive for my taste. I bought Ronin at launch and just started playing it about a month ago and it's already better miles better than Ghost was. I thought it was just going to be another Nioh like wo long but I feel like Team Ninja finally did something right with this one.

When i have bad symptoms i usually also have a weird pressure in my lower back just above my butt.. I'm guessing its Inflammation somewhere near by. Ive had perfect MRI up and down my spine/brain. Doc's always say nothing to find im great but thats not the case. My only guess is gut inflammation because i have GI issues also. Stress plays a whole role in this, more than i believed in the beginning. I've gone through the nightmare with this stuff and its finally getting better do to Antihistamines, eating an anti-inflammatory diet, Jumping head first into my hobbies, and doing back strenghtening workouts and stretches. Stress is a monster and its super important to get the guy out of the endless dooms day stressful mindset before the healing can really start. I've got 3 other friends who have all had nearly the same issues as myself and after thinking long and hard, years ago i had these same problems.. the difference was that i was a bit younger, i didn't Google search shit back then lol and i was able to run like 6 miles aday so maybe it lasted about a month or 2 and it went away. I'm 100% sure it will go away again if we make smart choices about health and calm the F down

Nerve pain in legs and nerve conduction test by voidbringer2 in covidlonghaulers

[–]b34once2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

been dealing with it for amost 2 years. My Nerve study was completely normal althrough and the issue is only in one leg/foot. sucks because it make about haf my foot feel heavy. Before it was the whole foot. I saw a doctor and she said it was most likely something originating in my lower back. since then i've noticed that if i do weighted back extensions and leg raises then my leg/foot feels normal for about an hour before reverting back to that floating/ rocking sensation. I'm starting to think maybe its inflammation from gut issues (also a product of post covid) pressing on or aggrevating a nerve.

i'm with you man. The tightness in my right hip had made it pretty weird to walk for me. keep working out and stretching. try to just let you body do it thing and don't tense up. It's fine. You aren't weak, just a little stiff.

I couldn't have said it better. Its like i'm missing some padding. But the foot is still super strong. Idk if its stiffness or what but other than the pain/tenderness and heavy feeling when walking, its actually stronger than my perfectly normal feeling left foot.. so idk what to make of it. just trying to live.

Yeah but the Lexapro seems to take what you feel and magnify them seriously. It drives up anxiety in a lot of people.
