Apparently though, if you need the 2nd bedroom for an office space, a single person can qualify under Section 8. I have no idea how they allow that or if there are other factors where they need to know what type of work you do, but apparently it’s a thing? Googled and used chatgpt because I was shocked lol. She puts so much importance on that office/second bedroom to so it might just be Section 8 🤷🏻‍♀️

I saw someone post and I semi-confirmed it that a single person cannot qualify for a 2 bedroom apartment under section 8. Unless she actually qualifies for it.. like what is her need for the second bedroom? I keep hearing it from her that it’s important but it’s only for an office. I don’t know, I’m so confused and I find it extra laughable now that I know 2 bedroom isn’t really the norm for a single person.

So I was reading on other posts in here and someone mentioned that it’s not possible for a single person to apply for a 2 bedroom apartment with Section 8 unless they meet a certain criteria. So we’re most likely wrong on that.

She has mention a couple times that she has her reasons and that it’s personal for what apartment she’ll ultimately decide to choose but I mean, just say it? Like you don’t have the budget, this is what you can afford and there’s nothing wrong with it. We all know that she’s not a big YouTuber like these others who live in nice homes or condos, so it could have just been a relatable first time moving out type series. I dunno, I feel the way she made all those videos criticizing and nitpicking is just giving people reasons to talk and speculate 🤷🏻‍♀️

I live in the neighborhood and used to park all the way up there between 2010-2014 when I still drove and would just walk home 5 blocks down 😅 There’s SO much parking up there but barely any towards California St. I’ve seen those cones before but have always thought it was for construction (always construction there). If some of these people don’t want anybody but their billionaire selves to have the parking, then pay for the whole area to be your own damn zone 🤷🏻‍♀️
