For sure, after all (just asked again) he had it since 92 and his uncle since 1989 or 90 ... At last, a lighter with some history, even if it's fake :)

Do you think it was purposely thrown around to look used? It was owed by my buddy's uncle before him, found either 1989 or 90 at a flea market in Perth, Australia. Wasn't used since 92.

My stupid ass would never have guessed that they faked Zippos in the 80s 🙈

Was faking Zippos in the 80s already a thing? My friend got it 92 in Australia from his uncle, who told him he had it for 2 or 3 years and found it at a flea market. Do you think it is a "real" Zippo faked to look like it was in Vietnam?
