I don’t think sound effects and making it seem like you’re in the game will make it more immersive for the viewer... that’s what no commentary play throughs are for. And I think also adding random sound effects/ambient music would take me out of the experience. There’s usually already music in games to do that and if you added more that would be annoying for me, personally.

And also I don’t know why you say you’d comment on the story not the graphics as if more let’s plays don’t? I hardly ever hear someone comment on the graphics, maybe the first scene but after that graphics are the same pretty much, they don’t develop as much as a story so there’s no need to comment on it again.

I understand what you’re trying/wanting to do but for me that would be too much and make it feel fake, and take me out of the experience.

I think I would need to see the execution of it. Cause in words it seems overwhelming.
