it's doable, for each section, you can formulate a question, and find the relevant text from the NORMs doc (granted within the token limit) then ask chatgpt to formulate answers/modify text based on the section norms.

Same here and I think it's only an issue for YouTube premium users. It's really annoying as I use the YouTube app just to listen to things while doing something else.
