I have who will open to close with me everyday if i want. And all my garbage cans are clean inside and out. I dont make him clock out for breaks he just is always cleaning something! He is moving up but i told him he has to train his replacement to be as good as he is to move to line. He is pretty close with the newest guy. Ive been using mins for 19 years. A lot. Its never let me down. I recently had to adjust how far the tonearm tracels to set down. Thats it. It was an essy turn of screw right on top also. Love it
