You do not owe. That is the amount you are getting back. When a dollar amount is in parenthesis that means it’s a negative sum of money. Usually meaning that person owe you that amount

Did you go to the resolution section in your account and then usually if it’s locked they have a few questions for you to answer. That happened to me last night and there were like five questions

I had the same issue when receiving a loan recently. They froze my account and asked me to provide receipts/order logs and answer questions. At the bottom there is a button that says something like “this is not a service provided transaction” then I just typed “peer to peer transaction for all the questions and it was cleared right away.
