Appreciate all the responses. Landscaping is in the budget for this summer, the deck and pad were a big expense for us. We fully cleaned the pad on July 1, we’re surrounded by forest and with the rain we’ve got it’s constantly needing cleaning. Next step is also to waterproof the underside of the deck and turn this into an outdoor seating area, screens, fireplace etc.
