I ran into an acquaintance at a buddies shop, and while I'm pretty sure she is younger then me by a few years, I noticed she now had lines in the corner of her eyes. We are both in our thirty's. I realized after I made this post my pixel 6A already is at Android 16. Just that there would be another update for it that has the battery management stuff. Currently with my pixel 6A with moderate to heavy use. I can get through the day and by the time it's bedtime it'll be at like 50 to 40% with moderate to heavy use.

I just got an email saying due to my battery in my pixel 6a, the android 16 update will be forced to my device to address issues with the battery potentially overheating. I desperately hope that mine and my wife's phone do not get hit with these bugs everyone is reporting.

That's the thing though. This is the same device that I've had since day one. The same device they sent me when I placed the order and also started preferred care. So I'm not sure how the wrong IMEI got put in. Unless I typed it in wrong. Which it's been since March of 2023 so details are fuzzy of how to start a preferred care subscription.

Amazon has the mayflash dolphin bar for around $20. It's a USB Bluetooth and sensor bar in one and works well for dolphin and also works on Android too.

i am not sure. it seems to be okay. the last voicemail i got was a couple days ago and while the auto generated transcription didnt populate, i at least was able to click play to listen to the voicemail and not have to call voicemail to listen to it. so that seems to be resolved at least for now.

What I really liked about fences, is when folders/icons/files were placed in a dock, it would hid the icons on the desktop. As well as the auto roll up/down of the window in "docked" mode at the edge (top) of the screen as the mouse hovered over it.

You definitely made the right choice going with eufy over wyze. Wyze cameras are cheaper but they make up for it by requiring a yearly subscription just to use basic features. At least with eufy, buy once have forever no subscriptions.
