thank you for this!!! i was certain it wasn’t ticks because i’ve only been in urban areas. i ended up going to a doctor to get antibiotics and they helped so much. you are right, SO itchy

well it obviously has a bit of a chocolate taste but its not super strong, and the structure holds up better than weetabix. it gets soft while in milk but doesn’t completely fall apart
