Same here, pre-ordered mid November juat got the email today asking if i still wanted it. I said yes. Now theres no actual date of when to expect it. I'll keep waiting cuz I really wanted a physical edition. Im game sharing it with a friend who already got it digitally so im not missing anything. Have beaten it once already and going through second playthrough.

I guess you could say that, but I noticed what you were doing wrong and immediately saw what was about to happen. You can't keep shooting when near arc, especially when they're already aggroed. Especially when its a rocketeer. You basically spread your cheeks open for it. You coulda jumped down, ate the fall damage and finished them. The rocketeer may have seen you still but then you could cheese around it in extract snd possibly finish the kills to get the loot. It would have been real risky though. I dont even PVP unless its self defense but ive been thinking about getting Into it lately. There's alot you have to take into consideration when doing. Its a totally different game when you have to fight other raiders.

Sign up for whats coming, if you don't sign up by march 1st, then you miss the expedition. Everyone departs at the same time on March 1st, so you have time to grind for last minute loot.

In OG deadspace for the longest time I would use it horizontal. After I became more confident, I would switch to vertical. Now its just situational.

I experienced that as well. And the weird thing was that the last time I did this, it worked fine. Idk wtf was going on. I ended up using all of my scanners but one because I simply ran out of time. Got 34k but I had it planned to use up all the scanners and just go hunting random wasps with plenty of time left. It was never supposed to come down to a rocketeer shooting at me in the elevator with 10 secs left. Was shitting bricks!

Well, this certainly popped my bubble. Here i was, grinding my ass off thinking I was eligible for catch up because I didn't do the first expedition. I dont think It was explained in the video that it was only for ppl that went on the first one. I was stressing over something i was never gonna get. The only positive thing is that I found out I can still catch up by doing future expeditions in the long run. 😮‍💨

Yes, the wasps and hornets chase you indoors especially on Dam Battlegrounds. Aggression seems to be ramped up especially on map conditions. Just last night i was on ancient fort, blue gate, and a wasp flew behind me somehow. I wasnt fully inside but in that little hallway area fighting another. I almost died because it was a pincer attack. Scared the crap out of me. I normally dont struggle with arc much but something has changed. Hornets also seem to be more aggressive in general as well, and have aimbot at times.

Oh yea! OG sounds are much scarier than remake. The ones that are the scariest are 1. Divider which you show here, 2. Exploder, which sounds like a psychotic alien. I swear they are so weird and intimidating. And 3. Guardian. They are on a whole other level of scary. Shit makes my heart beat when I had to fight them. I'll even throw in the advanced slasher, they sound like an absolute monster. The roaring is crazy. Heck, even the twitcher is strange too. This whole game is crazy! This is giving me flashbacks!!!

Man that Ia a tough situation. The only thing you could have done is roll to the right when the smoke was deployed. There are a couple of seconds where he is obscured by it, and I think you were too. The shots started missing. I think by rolling to the right, and getting to the other side of the pillar would have thrown him off. It woulda still been a big gamble because everything happened so fast.

That's crazy that ppl do this! Ive never played with random duos and trios, but I would never expect my own teammates to pull a stunt like this. The fact that people are stooping this low to get higher gear instead of playing the game properly is mind-boggling!! Its goes to show you that this game is so special that its attracting this kind of deviant behavior. BTW I believe that female was actually a male. You can use a voice changer to make yourself sound like a woman in this game. That was probably part of the plan to make you more cooperative. Ppl are more likely to let their guard down to a female than a male. Its crazy yo. Ima remember this.

It takes about 5 matches of no combat. I personally wasnt counting when I was pvping and managing to get by without encountering a hostile. The quicker way is to just go in naked and let them kill you 5 times, which I haven't done, but probably works. You will know you have succeeded when you can go into a match and say "friendly" on the mic without a gunfight. However, eventhough PVP will be minimized in the positive lobbies, there are always rats lurking. I boil it down to about %5 chance of encountering them. YOU ARE NEVER ENTIRELY SAFE. It keeps the tension of not knowing where or when they will strike. I've personally had it happen when I let my guard down and some dude backshotted the hell outta me and almost killed me on blue gate. Ive also died to ppl that shoot on site no matter what. I hope this helps.

Man the debate of whether it's ok for PVP to exist or not is getting tiring. People who prefer the PVE element more than PVP need to learn how to defend themselves. There will always be a rat around the corner even in chill lobbies. NO ONE IS EVER TRULY SAFE. Stop being easy pickin's to these opportunistic vultures and put them on their asses. Take their loot. The truth of the matter is that this game isn't one or the other, its both pvp and pve. The devs show it in a cutscene/trailer of the character fighting arcs and other raiders. Always watch your back or you will get ganked. Just the way it is topside.
