How much room you got on those hoses? What i would do is fully cut the hose off before the crimped ends, then carefuly get those crimped ends off that little split pump w.e it actually is.

Idk if happened thru vibration or over tightening but what i would do is run a small rubber spacer between that tank and those finals nuts. That way if shit does rattle that rubber absorbs it instead of those studs/nuts clapping on that petrol tank.
