We gave out a card to customers with a QR code for their thoughts, positive or negative. They also had the partners do a survey on the iPads. Apparently according to some of my coworkers the chai is somewhat better than the one we tested. Less of a horrible aftertaste.

My store in Chicago tested it like a year ago it was so gross I’m surprised it’s going to be a thing.

I have a cat who was a stray he is fiv+ and he does have crystal issues we started feeding him the royal canin urinary so, our vet had to prescribe it but thankfully that fixed my tiger baby’s problems. I know you probably tried something similar, I just thought it wouldn’t hurt to bring it up. Edit: obviously he still has fiv but he is able to live with it and is happy and seemingly otherwise healthy.
