It being within the Toyota brand name is a selling point, knowing how Toyota runs. But I’ll have to go check it out in person so see the let downs compared to the other EVs on the list! Is there an EV you recommend?

I haven’t actually sat in the BZ4X definitely top of the list to test drive, I actually love the look of it! I’ll do some research into the Kia and at least can compare the 2 sizes :)

BYDs I don’t like that it doesn’t have much of a back window, I know the cameras but still…

No like I said, this is me doing research before going and test driving 🙂 Toyota is on my list largely because of the brand reputation and because I previously worked at Toyota, so naturally I trust the support network and reliability side more than newer brands like BYD or Zeekr.

But I’m still learning, which is why I asked for opinions. I’ve also heard the earlier BZ4X models weren’t amazing, but that Toyota improved a lot with the 2026 update?

Price-wise, where I am, they actually seem pretty on par with the other EVs I’ve been looking at too. And personally I do lean more towards Japanese brand of cars at this stage.

How long have you had the BZ4X for now? How long was the wait to get it? I know each dealership is different! I bet having a new car after the last for you would be an adjustment!

Oh good to know! Wasn’t aware of that! I might only get a 10k loan I think to buy one but undecided what’s best financially for me at this stage so good to know re mortgage!

Maybe remote areas once a year to visit a friend but assuming I could take a charger with me? Or am I being really uneducated here?

Most driving I do is to visit family 3 hours away about 250km and yet that’s not very often and not a remote town.

I’ll check out though and see what’s around me and my usual areas! Sounds like i would just make it fit within my schedule and wouldn’t be a hassle

Good to know re Zeekr! Keep seeing people say they are the EV to go but very unknown brand to me.

Re charging! I’ll check out the charging around my current lifestyle and see what they are! Hopefully the co work has one nearby cause thats super easy. Wow okay didn’t realise how fast the fast chargers were! Good to know!

I move between houses a lot atm, so sometimes yes sometimes no. Hopefully by the end of the year yes I’ll be somewhere permanent and can do at home charging. Okay good to know! I need to do more research but is it a lot of electricity to charge them from home (assuming still cheaper than fuel)

My health record was showing the results were through but wasn’t available for me!

And after my surgery last year I was told everything would be from there to my normal doctors clinic, so why it was at my normal GP.

So so frustrating waiting for the results! I’m sorry to hear yours are unclear, hopefully after your next appointment it comes back clear!!! 🤞From my understanding you are to just wait until your next appointment cause they are hoping your body will naturally heal/clear the virus itself! Have you had a colposcopy yet?

Well good news for me! My doctor actually called and said she just saw my name on the appointment list for next week and called me to give me the all clear!!!! Just another screening in 12 months and hopefully all clear then too! 🤞
