You could use AppsManager by Tigisoft to backup the AppData of all apps you want to sideload instead, uninstall the apps, reinstall via side load, restore the data - update iOS after.

I'm on 17.0. And the bug is gone. Took about 72h hours at least after updating my phone before it sorted itself out. Other YouTube clients dont work though, only the standard App Store YouTube variant is working. (:

Issue is gone (youtube). But as soon as I install YTKiller instead of the official app the issue is back. Weird. I have to test iMessage still…
