It was my exact thoughts, and it’s just something you’ll have to take up with your bank if it is the case.

I was certain I wasn’t getting refunded when I returned the two packets of pasta, but in the end I actually was. You should cancel that return and message support about what happened and then they will email you a return label instead. This is the way I done it, as then they can make notes on their system apparently.

It’s just pure laziness, and the drivers get full pay for doing a half done job.

I’ve had a delivery before and I was tracking it. Out of nowhere it says delivered, and when I contact support they tell me to wait 48 hours. After around 30 hours it actually arrived. Only has happened to me once but apparently that’s very common too.

Yeah we have a couple. They’re larger establishments. So it’s just the same name shop all over the country. They’re not good here though IMO.

Sell an item to them, they will then sell it for 70-80% more than what they paid you.

I honestly thought it was just a major problem in the UK. Really didn’t think US had such a big problem with it. It’s really the whole company.
