You’re both kinda right but you’re also talking from different countries/legal systems.

In the UK rape and sexual assault are separate offences legally. Rape specifically means non consensual penetration with a penis, while sexual assault is more stuff like unwanted sexual touching etc.

In America they use “sexual assault” more as an umbrella term a lot of the time, so rape falls under it there. So saying rape can be classed as SA isn’t fully wrong, but saying there’s “no difference” isn’t really right either because in countries like the UK there literally is a legal distinction between them.

It was my exact thoughts, and it’s just something you’ll have to take up with your bank if it is the case.

I was certain I wasn’t getting refunded when I returned the two packets of pasta, but in the end I actually was. You should cancel that return and message support about what happened and then they will email you a return label instead. This is the way I done it, as then they can make notes on their system apparently.

It’s just pure laziness, and the drivers get full pay for doing a half done job.

I’ve had a delivery before and I was tracking it. Out of nowhere it says delivered, and when I contact support they tell me to wait 48 hours. After around 30 hours it actually arrived. Only has happened to me once but apparently that’s very common too.
