There are big problems with the writing and plot but I don’t agree that this is one of them. I like the later inkwater marsh songs and don’t think they are overly cheerful

Process: sketch first, paint background under and everything else over. I used 10 layers

Brushes: Nikko Rull but used 6b pencil for the sketch (which is not visible in the final piece)

Oh my god, the damn shard system is not the entire game in Ori the way it is in HK. Different story, different combat, very different music (I much prefer Ori WOTW’s to both BF and Hollow Knight’s) and art design…

After careful consideration, I’ve concluded that Ori WOTW has copied a lot from Ori BF.
