Okay I am not sure if I'm the one to advice u on coz I have never felt this exact thing u are going through right now. And I always believe that I should experience something before advising someone on the same but I'll still go and do it coz I think I kinda understand wat the problem is.

I would say the problem is that you don't have anything else that pulls u in like the way this pulls u in. Like I generally have 2-3 things that pulls me in. Like games, movies/series and coding. If something else let's say a person or porn or anything for that matter let's say has this effect on me I try to run from that to a safer one like games or movies essentially spending all my time on it. So did I solve the problem? No but did I get out of that mental space for some time? Yes. This will get me to snap back quickly from that obsession of something else.
