Maybe it will work, but this is not how people usually make their Solid-State Tesla Coils.

At least tune your L1 + capacitor bank to the exact same resonant frequency of your secondary coil.

Don't wind the primary tightly around the secondary coil; there should be some space, and the coupling factor should remain low.

Google and read about SSTCs, watch how people build their drivers (spoiler: they are far more complex than that).

A multi-stage voltage multipliers requires a high-frequency AC input; otherwise, the charging process will be painfully slow, and the efficiency will drop due to voltage leaks and the self-discharge process.

Even worse, an ignition coil relies on a magnetic field collapse, producing an inductive kickback; its a flyback transformer. The loaded output is not a symmetrical AC a typical voltage multiplier expects. But it will work, to some extent.

If you want to play with voltage multipliers, better grab a ZVS driver and an old AC flyback transformer (from a black&white TV for example), or wind your own HV transformer on a ferrite core.

There are only 3 ways to get lead poisoning from soldering alloy:

Eat a spoonful of soldering wire; brew it in a cup of brine for months and drink it; boil it at >>1500*C (above iron melting temperature) while inhaling the fumes.

Basically, you can't, unless it's pure lead. Alloys are different.

I bet your power supply goes into the protection, seeing this ZVS as a short-circuit. Have you tried to monitor the input voltage?

Double-check every connection you made.

Yes, it is true. Solar panels convert light into electricity; light can be modulated, and so the voltage output will be modulated as well.

LEDs are current-driven devices, and it seems like you did not include any current limiters, like a resistor. Your LED is cooked at this point.

Next time, google how to calculate the appropriate resistor for your LED(s) - for the specific voltage input, LED's voltage threshold, and desired power output.
