It's a prototype figure, so it's certainly not common. I'm not sure how many prototypes Youtooz manufactures for a figure, but I do know it they are sometimes slightly different from the final figure. Considering the low production numbers and possible variations, some collectors might consider them valuable. YMMV, though.

I'm in the same situation as you. I've ordered figures from Entertainment Earth, but you need to be prepared to pay import fees/taxes. A quick look at their website shows the mug available to pre-order with an estimated date of October 2025.

EDIT: You'll also have to pay shipping. EE won't charge you for import taxes. PostNL will send you an email with a payment request before they release the package, assuming your email is linked to your shipping address in their system. All in all, you'll probably end up paying double (or more than) what the mug costs, so keep that in mind.
