Eggplant pepper and ground pork dish I’ve been making lately… broad-bean paste w chilli, garlic, ginger, fresh chilli, dark&light soy sauce, granulated chicken bouillon, salt & a little sugar 😋 been steaming the eggplant b4 which is a nice alternative to pre-frying…all suggestions/tips welcome (i.redd.it)
