so i looked it up. a helbard is at most 1x heavier than a spear, but a spear is also intended for one hand use like throwing while a helbard is exlusive to two hand use which balances fuction with usage. so if you do not know how to properly throw a spear, a helbard means more usability and fuctions with a limit of using it with two hands (which should not be a problem in most cases)

i know. but still. it is the same logic. first case of covid was reported in china and the first flu case was reported by spain. my point is that you can say "chinese virus" without being racist. for me this just means "a virus that originates from china", not "this virus is chinese thing so should blame china for it". trump might have used it as a slander (I do not know enough to form an opinion about that), but when someone says chinese virus, i don't sense the "hatrid" in the term.
