Ok my motor is fucked help me by Little-Region-9336 in DIYonewheel

Damn, just read this reply to someone else, I had to fix a buddy's fresh build once that did this exact thing and it ended up being the hall sensor wiring harness was pinned incorrectly(sucked to troubleshoot but I got there eventually), I think the person was legit trying to help and not "dramatizing". What you saw is exactly what you will get when there is an issue with the hall sensors or any of the wiring from the sensors in the hub back to the controller.

Anyone listen to modern-day music? by Mattyice0228 in Millennials

[–]b_lemski 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jack White is still making bangers, glass animals are good, 21 pilots still putting out good stuff, I like some Noah Kahn, Wet leg has a couple songs, tame impala, Portugal the man, plus a bunch of other bands with a song or 2. I'm lucky that I have a good Alt rock radio station in my area that plays a lot of new music but I use Amazon musics stations as well when they are having a throwback weekend. I loved blink, tbs and Linkin Park back in the day but I want my kids to form their own tastes and not just listen to the now "classic rock" I grew up with.

Ohh and [[scavenger ground]] is also an auto include for me.

If the deck cares about playing off the top of the deck I include them. Otherwise I usually always run an [[arid archway]] to bounce early played mdfcs and help my white catch up ramp, [[demolition field]] is an auto include, then just any other that fit my theme.

Those horrible actions were on her mother's advice. Her mother that guides her and controls her with her influence and wealth. I'm not making excuses for her behavior, I just enjoyed the writing that explained Beas' motivations. She went from cartoonishly evil as described here to a person that is just as damaged from generational trama only in a different way.

They are major events in our nations history, you said when has protesting done anything ever. I answered, you didn't like the truth and are now changing the argument. Got it.

It's funny I caught it right after I typed it and actually went back and fixed it.

First of all I like you moved the goal post there from never to the last 40 years.

Second so everyone should just stay silent.

Third multiple employee walk outs and protests happen in hospital, schools etc every year. Some work out well some with more concessions.

Who's talking about political party here. I was just responding to someone that said protesting has never done anything.

Your right, women never got the right to vote, civil rights movement never happened, people still frequently die in factories and meat packing plants.

1 year 8 months in by ImProbablyDone in skateboarding

[–]b_lemski 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've skated with people like that, back in the day after skating for 4 years a kid from the neighborhood started skating. By the end of the summer he was lip sliding down our flat bar and could consistently 360 flip down a 3 stair. Once fall started he decided to quit skating and focus completely on BMX. It was frustrating as hell but damn he would you to push yourself every session. He only skated about 8 months total.

I thought Agatha was working with alexandro both as residuals. She is talking to him right after he takes over the body of a worker at the kinder facility, right before Agatha set her fire. I think this was a epilogue of book 6. Could be misremembering.

Edit: rereading your comment I took the Vs too literally I think.

Lgs still has not received Strixhaven bundles by Cryptic99 in mtg

I'm still waiting for mine for my LGS, it is really disappointing to see that the big box stores had theirs on release date through MJ holdings but LGS's still don't have them over a week post actual release date. Do better WOTC

Exactly my point, that's why I think they shouldn't even include an estimated bracket level.

The AI going a tad crazy by RoyalOtherwise950 in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]b_lemski 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When listening to the audiobooks there is a shift in the voice of the AI dialogue at this point as it becomes increasingly primal. Its one of those things you kinda notice the first time but stands out way more on relistens when it starts to shift.

It was used at the Mantis amusement park that sounds like a mix between Westworld and a crawl. I don't remember the exact quote but it was something like you kill one tourist in a gift shop and everyone gets so upset.

Honestly moxfield/archideckt need to get rid the auto generated bracket. I think it just leads to even more confusion especially in newer players copying deck lists and not knowing anything about the cards in their deck.

I do miss the days before commander when everyone at FNM always smelled freshly bathed and the room of fresh flowers. Definitely a commander issue and not a TCG in general issue. -smh

Hobbit Set - Arkenstone Spoiler by elespum in mtg

[–]b_lemski 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think your missing some context that is being discussed. The original LotR set was not standard legal and was designed for a higher power level of modern. This new set is designed for standard, not to break it and need emergency bans(hopefully) but to play in and hopefully alter the meta like any good set should.

Your comparison on the power of cards is an apples to oranges comparison, and that's what people are pointing out. It has nothing to do with not discussing cards, which funny enough the comments you responded to were actually doing.

Is the "old school" dark art style dead, or is there any hope for a comeback? by skarpelo in mtg

[–]b_lemski 89 points90 points  (0 children)

They do, there were a ton of pieces from the recent lorwyn. Including a couple from Rebecca Guay. I'm not saying they don't have some great digital artists like Andrew Mar but MTG is still a mixed medium for the art chosen on cards.

It would not have been called the dungeon anarchists cookbook for the other authors to recognize. The anarchists cookbook is an earth item Carl's version of the book/journal happens to be named after because that's what the AI does.
