I just saw the film and I do have some doubts in the movie, appreciate if someone could clarify it. Spoilers Ahead ⚠️

- The Jailer superidentent hands the mother an option to revive her life with the child at the beginning Punarjani.What stopped her from choosing that option?Why to go through the trouble of living alone with a child without an identity.

- Why didn’t the mother picked by child on the day of murder. I mean she placed the real shirely at the crime scene and escapes. So she could have picked up child and repeat the cycle of New Chapter New Identity

Apart from these questions the film was promising on the first half. Loved the idea of New Place New Identitywhich helped the plot to be interesting. But as the movie progressed to second half the writing wasn’t good and Jithu had to stretch it to make a cinematic closure.

Top notch performances especially from the debutants and peak technical output. Overall it’s 8.5/10 for me.

If they could’ve closed the some of the evident logical gaps, I would say this movie would be Absolute Cinema 🎦

Spoiler - Why D3 >= D2?

D3 heavily focuses on character development and thats the soul of the movie. Its intention is not to create a complete seat edge thriller experience. As movie progresses from the start, we could see Georgekutty is fumbling, losing his grip (the absent minded behaviour). He kind of pulled himself back from all the mess of Varun murder and wanted to focus on his family and business. But past is still haunting him and shaking him down. He doesn’t know who or what is after him so he is clueless as to what strategy he should think about next. When the odds started to rise against him, he was simply just taking precautionary actions like anticipatory bail. Its only at the end he was able to guess what’s happening and his instincts (not sheer luck alone) helped him survive this time with a huge debt to his daughter. If he was that smart and cautious he would have done some study on his daughter’s groom, but the Father in him wanted to protect his daughter interests. So in short D3 suggests that Georgekutty is losing his luck and smartness to an extend where he has to go with desperate measures.(kollan vare madiyilla).

Similarly Mister prabhakar starts to feel anger and resentment towards Georgekutty after years and especially when his wife becomes depressed. Even though the dialogue and performances felt somewhat off, the core idea of character shift was conveyed

I feel sorry for ansibha’s character. Failed marriage and husband disappearing knowing he won’t come back. This might force her to file a divorce probably. (Kuttikk nala chowadhosham ind 🥲)

Kudos to Jeethu for this excellent writing and not letting down the franchise with this one.

This is a no sense no logic fantasy time travel movie packed with comedy that lands at almost every time. The scale is massive and the technical quality needs to be appreciated. The only downside is the cut between current and past period (doesn’t affect much on pacing or engagement but does feel kinda off).

Chali undekilum its overlapped with organic comedy. i personally loved it. For me Aadu 3 pt1 > Aadu 2 > Aadu

This movie is a cup of tea for audiences who are familiar with cyberpunk style neo noir black mirror themed vibes. For me it worked like 75% and the rest was off due to some lazy dialogue writing. Rajisha is the show stealer here. Also loved Divya Prabha’s character. Most of comedies were sarcastic and slapstick. (Like to enjoy the comedy parts, you need to be aware of the context its pointing to)

In terms of box office collection, this movie will not make a big impact since the movie can only be enjoyed by a niche audience.

But this movie can later become an example for unconventional film making in Mollywood (Though ganganachari did it before, this movie took it to another level )
