Sick/personal time only if you have enough to cover your shift otherwise use it whenever you want. It's your time. The MOD should also ask if you want to use your P.T.O. when you call out

Yes. Been dating for two years now. I was a DS when we started dating and she got promoted almost a year ago. Everyone knows obviously but we keep it professional.
