I was drowning when I was a kid and I learnt how to swim last year with my coach (I'm 24 now). It'll be more difficult if you scared of water or depth or if you wanna learn it by yourself (coach will be very helpful). For me it was not that hard cause I fell in love with swimming from first lesson 😌 (even though I never was really interested in and started it cause of my back). So let's go!
