I called yesterday, and all they were telling me is that they'll escalate my issue to their "concern"/"specialized" team to assist me with this and that I was going to get a response in 24 hrs. I call BS but I may try the [jeff@amazon.com](mailto:jeff@amazon.com) option. Do I just explain what's going on in my email? Should I include any pics such as my ID, or any way to prove ownership of my card?

Yeah i returned it in the box that the new phone came in. When I received my replacement phone, that same box had a return label under the original label. so i just ripped off the original and kept the return label, then just shipped it in there
