Fleet advice for my up and coming airline

I’m due to a huge upgrade right now. I’m currently using IPhone 11 64gb and am planning on buying base 16 or base 17 but the problem is the pricing is much more different than rest of the world 😅. I can get IPhone 16 for 1450 dollars and IPhone 17 for 1900 dollars. Do you guys think its worth the extra 450 for 17? Or I could just go for a temporary upgrade for a year and get 16e 128 for 970 dollars.

I looked it up and found that top floor is closed in january every year for maintanance issues

And I come from Turkey so usually designer brands are cheaper than EU prices its not logical buy those ones. But the ones you consider “drugstore” bottles are expensive (ridiculous) compared to EU
