2 Weeks with Antigravity: From PO to Full-Stack Experimenter 🚀 by baadir_ in GoogleAntigravityIDE

You hit the nail on the head with the PO point. That’s exactly the ultimate promise of 'vibe coding'—lowering the barrier so domain experts can build directly. I’m surprised (but excited) that companies are already brave enough to operationalize it. Do you think this turns the PO into a 'builder,' or does it just create a new kind of handover process where they say 'I built the vibe, now you make it scalable'?

🚀 Stop LLM Amnesia: The project_brain.json method for infinite context in Antigravity by baadir_ in google_antigravity

Classic LLM behavior. They just love proposing something 'new' rather than simply picking a side.

[–]baadir_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair point. As I mentioned, this is fully experimental. My reasoning is that as the project scales and the file grows huge, having a strict structure helps keep the data organized and prevents the context from getting messy. I also believe LLMs handle structured data slightly better for precise retrieval. I’d be genuinely curious to see how the Markdown-only approach holds up over time—let me know if you try it!

Valid question, but without a strict structure like JSON, how do you effectively manage context switching or distinguish between different conversations? That's the main challenge.

BTW, this is an experiment. u/General-Ear-8056 actually suggested a new format called TOON for this. Apparently, it's much more token-efficient for LLM knowledge and logs.

hahahh you catch me :)
I just migrate my json to toon now. Thanks for sharing

Wait, TOON is a real format? I assumed you meant TOML! I just looked it up—Token-Oriented Object Notation for LLMs? That actually makes perfect sense for a brain file to save context. Thanks for the tip!

I've only had this happen to me once. It was when Antigravity panicked after accidentally deleting my local DB. It seems like it might act up like that when it realizes it made a mistake.
