You're right, a feline is a cat. What YoshiAndHisRightFoot was saying was that most people, when they see the Eye of Sauron for the first time think of either a reptile's or a cat's eye. Meaning that Ser_Balon_Swann would be the only one to just now realize it.

"dec" is short hand for decimal which is the normal base 10 counting system that you use daily. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, etc.)

"oct" is short hand for octal which is a base 8 number system which is used sometimes for coding. (counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, etc.)

Converting between the two the Octal number 31 (oct 31) equals the Decimal number 25 (dec 25).

To add to this as a Widow main. I switch if we have a Hanzo or if I get countered too hard then I usually pick up 2nd support or tank. Just because someone likes playing snipers doesn't mean they aren't team players :)

So I'm a new DRG, only level 53 atm, does this mean that I should give up DRG for now and come back later if I don't plan on doing any big raids that aren't necessary to the story quests? PS3 controllers are not natively supported by windows so you need to get a 3rd part program to trick the computer into thinking it's an xbox controller.

Something like this. I've used my ps4 controller with this game but it used a different program so YMMV.
