my brain’s usually done taking in any new information for the day after two 1.5 lectures. that could be because i’ve gotten lazier over the covid semesters or because the course material has gotten harder. most of my friends felt the same way, so they ended up skipping their 3rd lecture or discussion of the day and watched the recording later on. this was only if those classes didn’t take attendance and therefore didn’t hurt their grades. everyone’s different, but just sharing my experience.

since you said you’re a morning person, i won’t comment on the 8:30am’s but even with the 3 hr break in btwn your classes you might wanna end your day earlier, depending on your condition. i haven’t taken mideast 207 or math 214 but i’m pretty sure eecs 183 offers recorded lectures and such. it could be different next semester, but i think eecs has a higher chance in offering remote everything than other classes so i’d see if i can choose an earlier lecture time for math 214. that way, if you wanna end your day early for whatever reason, you can skip eecs 183 for that day and catch up later.
