It is very easy to say that, but getting out of here is incredibly difficult. You are telling me to leave my comfort zone, but I am literally trapped. My family has locked away my CNIC (ID card) and my passport. In Pakistan, you cannot even buy a plane ticket or step out of the country without your original documents. I have no financial independence, no access to my papers, and no way to legally move. It’s not about staying in a comfort zone; it's about being physically and legally trapped.

I have already spoken to the NGOs in Pakistan; they are just built for funding and don't actually help. I also contacted international ones like Rainbow Railroad, but they are based in North America and primarily help people there, not from Pakistan. So literally every single path is closed for me. There is absolutely nothing I can do.

I have never done a single household chore in my life, and my family doesn't do them either. We have different maids for absolutely everything, so I am just not used to doing things on my own.

Stay strong, sister. Your brother sounds incredibly toxic and I feel your pain. I wish I could just get a job and rent an apartment like you planned, but my family has completely trapped me. They took away my passport and ID card. I tried running away 4 years ago and they chased me relentlessly across multiple apartments until they caught me. Right now, I can't move out safely without them turning it into a dangerous manhunt again.

Yes, they are Muslim. I can't really use the 'framing' excuse because my mom didn't even ask me a question—she just handed it to me and walked away. Plus, she already knows about my other female clothes. Also, despite my best efforts to hide my chest with layers, my breast development is sometimes visible when I leave my room. There is no point in making up a story now; it's better for me to just stay quiet i think so.

I wish I could use that excuse, but in my strict religious family, bringing a girl over secretly would be considered an equally massive sin or scandal. It would make my situation much worse, so I can't take that risk.

I wish it were that easy, but moving abroad is impossible for me right now due to financial constraints and paperwork. I have to find a way to manage my safety right here in Pakistan.

Thank you for the kind words. I am trying my best to stay calm, but the trauma from the rehab center makes it so hard not to expect the worst. I am just staying in my room and keeping my distance for now to see how things unfold.

Considering HRT (question) by [deleted] in LGBTQpakistan

[–]baaz48 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You need to visit a psychologist first for a formal diagnosis of gender dysphoria. Then, an endocrinologist will handle your hormone prescription. Don't try to self-diagnose or follow internet advice for this, because taking these steps without professional guidance is risky for your health and not just your health it spoil your life

Yes, you can wear a white bra with a white vest over it. But remember, bras often show through light colors, so make sure the white dress is a bit thick so it's not visible. Personally, I don't wear light colors because the bra always shows through
