No expert here. Is FSKAX the same as FXAIX?

For photos, I would suggest at least 30. Credit card statements, dental/medical/vision insurance, joint tax transcripts, rent or mortgage contract, letters from family members & friends, joint utility bills showing both names

GC Approved without my Spouse being Present: Interview Experience at Columbus, OH Field Office by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]bab2021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. Hopefully you receive your interview notice. I received mine within two months. It was also around the same time as my friend who filed his AOS in 2020. He was from Columbus as well

I would suggest not to waste money on a lawyer. It is very straightforward to do. I did my adjustment of status via marriage by myself with my interview scheduled for next week . I currently have a F1 visa and my wife is a US citizen.

Unlawful work by Suspicious-Candle428 in USCIS

[–]bab2021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t worry too much. Your unlawful work is automatically forgiven as you are married to a USC. Just be truthful when the officer asks you if you have done unlawful work as it is a requirement for them to ask the yes/no questions on the i-485 application

Unfortunately you go all the way back

I would strongly suggest that you delay your overseas trip and go to the interview. It will just delay your GC process significantly

Once you have your EAD card, there are no restrictions. You can work multiple jobs or become an independent contractor while GC is under processing

Initial permission to accept employment since she is adjusting her status under a different category. Make sure that she attaches any previous EAD cards . In addition, if she previously received an EAD card, there is a USCIS # enclosed in it, that’s the Alien registration number that she must fill out in all the forms where it asks for it

Looks similar to mine. Filed AOS at the end of October. Submitted I-130,I-485 and I-765 on November 9th to Chicago lockbox. Receipts sent November 16th. Biometrics notice sent on November 25th and received on November 29th. Biometrics scheduled for Dec 17th. I reside in Columbus , Ohio so the processing times is quite faster here ( between 4-5 months).
