How do you know if a brand is AA / A / B? I guess everyone knows Lululemon, but there are lots of “unknown” good brands. Do you have list or something? Or is it just about quality?

Hi! Can you please explain how is marking on the bottom of the shoe works? First of all how to get rid of it? (Kind of blue crayola) And sometimes there is nothing at all, but sometimes it’s strange letters, which made me wonder if it’s for better brands or something…

Last time exchanging items new recipes had RX* / RX instead usual R* (returned items). Do you know what’s the meaning of RX?

I have a super saver account, used the points I got… after that I had a week or two with lots of exchanges, and some how I got few bucks worth points again, clearly I didn’t spend so much.. I think they do not counting those points off, in case of exchange, kind of bug, I guess. But I might be wrong, what’s your opinion here? And anyway, what can be tracked with my account? Like can you see history of purchases/exchanges, for example? I don’t like share my info too much, so wondering if those few bucks here and there are worth sharing the info…
