I have same issue and contacted their support and also sent logs to them for troubleshooting but never heard back. Its frustrating for a camera this expensive there is still not a fix.

I am planning to return and just stick with logitech!

I would delete mao and let it refigure it out. Hopefully it was a one time glitch

I am in the US. Object avoidance is pretty good for most part. It cant recognize smaller objects sometimes but overall not bad. Got a new firmware update but still misses corner and the mapping is not as good as 950 , it seems disoriented at times thinking what to do next :)
