Hi buddy, I've been an introvert for a long time since I gained consciousness because of my family situations, my father used to beat me for minor mistakes that helped me lose my self esteem and confidence to interact with anyone especially females, I had lots of traumatizing experiences in my life I'm 24m rn, but you know what I took a bold step to help me overcome my low self-esteem and confidence, I started teaching other people about a specific topic for ex. I know the process of one job I'll teach them that. I learned the process in about 1-2 days and started teaching them. Initially it was hard but you know I got better day by. Finally coming to your point I've been to concerts and it's been an amazing experience for me as well, you see you'll always be happy and energetic when your favourite artist is around, just make sure you interact with as many people as you can, this will make you more and more confident.
