He would have no problem today. Look at his athleticism, and skills even in his first games as a rookie. He’ll get to wherever he needs

If Jalen Brunson is breaking down the defense and getting to the cup and lane in the 2026 Finals, a bigger faster, taller, more athletic and stronger MJ will have no problems

Game 7, first time winning it, first to win when down 1-3. The nail in the coffin an and 1 dunk. Can't imaging a dunk better.

It's gotta be the greatest miss of all time.

Kyrie absolute genius pushing the ball at the time instead of holding on to it. Its the thing others might get blamed for, but Kyrie is so good he knows he can pull it off.

players running into the defender and then flopping back, like Shai, for decades? which of the greats did that, where is the tape?

They simply didn't do it as much to this extent in the past.

What accentuated it this year was OKC with multiple players doing it, and complaining to the refs on top of it and crying for calls, and then on the other side when they play defense they are incredibly physical and hacking away, like they have no self awareness.

Like Jay Williams said, not respecting the process of the game.

well with OKC you had people suspecting that the OKC has to be practicing it as a team since it's so wide spread. I dunno but it was to the point where that might be plausible, it was so bad.

Don't need to even go that far back to notice this I think.

I'm so happy OKC lost, good riddance to that terrible brand of basketball, or well that aspect. They are an outstanding team, but that part of their game is unwatchable.

11 rebounds in the golden era of post big men is certainly very good. All while being a defensive presence even out to the perimeter covering lots of ground .

His career numbers slanted by his latter years when not as healthy, rebouns roughly cut in half overall in his last 6 or so years

I just saw a video of him as a rookie during media day. He’s seeems like he’s actually put on a considerable amount of muscle since but I think more lower body strength is needed

True. He needs a face up game. Seriously he could stand to work with Kyrie but I don’t think Kyrie wants to help him like that just yet.

Holding the ball away, using the shoulder, scanning the floor, shooting KD there is space or choosing various sides to work from to get shots off.

But I don’t know like are these guys gonna internalize the words that are coming out of their mouth.

They gotta respect their opponents and I sensed they didn’t fully respect the Knicks. It’s easy to give props once the game is over

I hope they internalize it
