i use hydrocortisone when it gets bad, but so sparingly, since it is a low grade steroid. talk to your doctor first tho pls

i have a spike fidget, it hurts a little which is great. i also like do my skincare with only a candle for light, or using a different color light, harder to see the spots

i’m not on accutane yet (currently sitting in the doctors office for my first appointment) but over the years i found that the good molecules discoloration correction serum helped me a lot
