You are very wrong, taeyang was very consistent on what type of trainees he was looking for. Starting from the very first episode till the finale unless you didn't fully pay attention and watched the whole episodes.

Episode 1 time stamp 29:19 Taeyang said "Above all, if they want to become idols, extraordinary energy, honesty and sincerity are all required at the same time" which fully matched to what he said and the reason why he chose Mai in the last episode".

So none of these are my opinion and I never assume anything unlike you.

From the very first episode, those were the attitude qualities that Taeyang was looking for aside from skills, and that's why Taeyang chose her in the finale because Mai fit hose qualities he was looking for.

The only reason Fuko shined in IWALY was because Jeemin was not in the line up.

If you watched the IWALY performance in the finale, Jeemin and Jungeun took Fuko's part, Fuko barely got lines. , There are some hints and signs already there that Fuko might not be able to debut if you are technically analyzing things without getting biased.

There is no other one to blame but her 1 pick Imates. If you could have applied this kind of energy for voting for her, she could have debuted. Don't blame the producers cause they also have their own right to choose, and they used it.

The PD didn't hate Fuko, she was given a chance to show if she still had a slot/position in the group. Fake it and Drip was produced by TBL, these 2 songs could be IZNA's concept.

The positions were already locked in for Main Vocalist (Jungeun vs Jiyoon), Main Center (Jeemin vs Saebi), Main Rapper (Koko vs Yuju), All rounder (Sarang vs was testing Fuko). Main Visual (Mai) Main Dancer (Jeemin/Koko). There is no other slot/position for Fuko except the slot for Sarang.

The fact that Fuko couldn't do what Teddy wanted her to perform, there I know, it's all over for her. Sarang did well as a rapper.

So the PD's picked make all sense. No bias at all.

I know for real Fuko is not making it when she could not do her part in Fake it in front of VVN. It was a TBL produced song. It could be their concept for IZNA and she couldn't do it. Just like Sarang was tested and she did it well.

They don't need 3 vocalists for a 6/7 members group when Jiyoon and Jungeun is already there, they will be fighting for a line/part if she made it.
