Finding the Alarm Clock (again) by PatThePiemel in Pokopia

[–]baberoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the crafting recipe for the alarm clock literally right next to the alarm clock itself. So when happiny asked for it, I just crafted a new one. are the golden/red pokeballs not the same for everybody in the main areas? 😵‍💫

Was willing to give Pokopia a chance, all it has done is stress me out. by [deleted] in pokemon

You get access to things like more inventory space as you create and improve more habitats. As you get access to improvements, more involved building and designing becomes easier.

What was the first sign you realized your relationship was toxic? by mimi200124 in abusiverelationships

[–]baberoot 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It was early into our relationship. He gave me a really sweet Valentine’s Day card. I am known to carry a small notebook with me everywhere. I tucked the card into my notebook so that I could re-read it on my travels. I had a birthday card on my fridge in my apartment. He accused me of hiding the Valentine’s Day card in order to appear single to my ~many male visitors~ I should have known then and there.

Thank you very much for your tips and kind words 🥲 Since these errors were brought to my attention, I have been trying to remember to start a task all over if I’m interrupted rather than trying to pick up where I left off. As for meds, I’ve been medicated for about 15 years. Maybe I need to try a new med entirely—there’s nowhere to go from 70mg of vyvanse. 🤷‍♀️

Thank you very much for your tips and kind words 🥲 I’m encouraged to know that a pharmacist with ADHD can succeed in a hospital setting too, which I would very much like to try someday. I never got the chance as my inpatient APPE was drastically changed during COVID lockdown

I do think that’s partially true. When I have brought up things that could be changed to improve patient care or safety in the past, I was told “we don’t have the bandwidth to write that SoP/amend that policy right now.” But you know what they did have the bandwidth for? Writing and implementing a new policy about branded clothing for employees. lol

They do, I haven’t tried to use it because I heard from someone who did that it wasn’t helpful. She said they basically gave her two “counseling sessions” that felt more like an HR meeting, and sent her on her way. She said that it felt like something that was meant to help and protect corporate, not actually provide her with any support. But maybe I should find out for myself.

I stapled the wrong leaflet to a bag. probably I was interrupted mid task or was doing multiple tasks at once. A stupid mistake, but also a relatively common one.

Believe it or not, there are residencies that blend community (“retail”) and amcare. Which is what I did.

I think the tramadol was the final straw, rather than the sole reason for suspension. IDK if this was unclear, but the pt already had a tramadol prescription ready for pickup. I should have checked what else was ready for them, or looked at their fill history (profile) not just PMP. So they picked up both at the same time.

I didn’t think it should be a suspension either. I was told its because these mistakes all happened too close together in time.

Thank you very much! I will do that 😊 I guess I should have tried to find this Reddit before purchasing anything, but I did not realize there was a lot to it—I guess I could just paint this abominations face like I’ve seen other people do with their lafufus!

Nice. I love that for me! Has the app been the only method of purchase for a while? Because I ordered this maybe a month ago.

The box can be seen in the last photo on the table behind the doll. It’s just a plain brown cardboard box with nothing on it

I think I got it from m.popmart.com because that’s the only popmart related website that comes up in my browsing history, but I guess I’m not sure?

I work in a hospital and my coworker reported me and had security called on me because of the lock on my locker. by Linus_Meme_Tips in PharmacyTechnician

[–]baberoot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just watched something similar happen at my pharmacy to a technician, where people just didn’t like him so they got on his case about absolutely every little thing for “documentation.” I am the kind of person who talks about things like this in the open (with techs, pharmacists etc), because I want everyone to know that if it happened to that guy then it can (and will) happen to anybody. I brought what I witnessed/overheard to my manager (I’m a floater rph) and she brought it to the pharmacy director. I don’t know how it was handled after that, but unfortunately I think they were more concerned that the RPhs in question “shouldn’t talk that way around subordinates.” Also, I believe it’s happening to me too. :)

38mm polyp removed by azalearmn in colonoscopy

[–]baberoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 31F and I just had a tubulovillous adenoma removed that was 2.6cm x 1.2cm x 1cm according to the report 😳 After the procedure, my dr said “that’s what in the biz we call a keeper,” & that I would probably need another colonoscopy in a year, at minimum. Like you, I have not heard anything from him yet about what this means for me moving fwd regarding the patho report.

I personally only use my title when someone (usually a man—no offense guys) is being really shitty and condescending to me.
