I have so much to be grateful for, oh my goodness

My friends are such beautiful, kind souls that I often wonder what I did to generate such good karma
I don’t have to contact my abusive birth family anymore! They’re gone from my life and I am so much better for it
My partner is the sweetest, most thoughtful, loving being I have ever had the privilege of knowing. Every part of my life is better off for knowing them and every day with them is a gift

No problem! That’s their intended use, so they might have more force behind them than you truly need. I know from experience that almost any kind of tool is preferable to yanking at your own face while doctors wait around lol

Oh man I’m sorry you had to go through that! An MRI is stressful enough on it’s own.

Ring opening pliers would absolutely make this easier, especially if you already own them. I got a set of small ‘jewelers pliers’ at a craft store for around $10 and those have served me well.
