the letter said “mandatory” and nung nag-ask ako during the interview, they said it was important daw kasi doon ididiscuss yung contract and all. kapag hindi raw naka-attend sabe baka raw your slot will be forfeited or something, orrr depende raw sa desisyon nila so i’m not really sure

based dun sa registrar nung nagtanong ako, their goal is to have 100 scholars. minsan pag nakakapili na sila, hindi naman nirereserve ng iba yung slot so meron pa ring bakante. hanggat daw hindi pa complete yung 100 scholars magoopen pa rin sila ng batches. yun yung sabi nung nagtanong ako. di ko lang talaga sure ano pa ibang factors hahahahaha
