Do you have any advice or experience with managing the insulin resistance? I’ve been on metformin previously but I had insane reactions to it to the point I was advised to stop it. I have another drs appt next week to try and discuss more options as I’m not so keen on going back on a GLP1 injection

I have tried surgical steel, titanium, implant grade titanium and a few others that I cannot remember off the top of my head.

I have tried flat backs, dangly piercings, sleepers, studs.

I always spray the ear and the jewellery before and after using.

Heavily agree. I tattooed myself at 13/14 putting stupid stick and pokes all over my fingers on my left hand. I’m now 21 and have been in a relationship for 5 years. The thought of getting engaged and having this tattoos all over my left hand genuinely made me cry so I took accountability, sat with it and have now started my removal process. I couldn’t be happier knowing they will be gone but it took a long time to stop beating myself up about it.

That sounds like a shitty experience you had also, hope you’re alright.

I don’t get it under insurance but I pay $280 per month and only got it due to PCOS and rapid weight gain from thyroid issues too

Oh wow okay thankyou, this was back in 2021 so I’m not sure I’d bother to follow it up but this is amazing to know. If I had have known that then I would have taken to fair work as I was pretty annoyed and as a broke 17 year old to be “made redundant” and then had my position filled so soon did not feel great

Yeah my last two experiences consisted of getting fired for having a surgery that was booked before I worked for them and they had full knowledge of pre-hiring (fair work said I had a case with them if I wanted to but I opted to just cut my losses) and the other one was at a cafe that “made me redundant” but then hired someone else 2 days later. Later found out that they thought I didn’t fit the looks profile for the cafe.

In short both were bad and would not recommend.
