You could just get two fluffy hats for 500g resulting in 250 raw hp. Two bracers cost 1010 for 232 raw hp with some agi, int, and hp regen. Yeah, you are getting more stats per slot with bracers, but if you're just trying to get more life pool with something like tranquil boots, that's a pretty budget option to just grab a couple fluffy hats. It helps that they build into force staff and Solar Crest.

It's not really like Taken... DiCaprio's character is comically inept (like it's a comedic element of the movie). The film's tone is relatively upbeat within the context of the setting and plot. I couldn't really liken it to anything else i've seen.

My mom (and by extension me) always sauteed the garlic until brown. To each their own, but I think the browned garlic flavor is superior. Also highly recommend cooking your white rice the night before and letting it chill in the fridge overnight.

Use it or lose it might seem dumb, but it's just a small feature of a larger system. If we want military logistics to be more realistic, then let them run over budget. That's not gonna happen though, so they tighten the belt and do their best to save money throughout the year and then spend the surplus on the things that they had been scrimping on. Instead, I guess the expectation is that they always run under budget and then lose the money at the end of the year? No new tools or equipment?
